About the Speaker

As a serial entrepreneur, Dr Carl Thong founded the Sunstone Group, a diverse holding company involved in technology, consumer products, healthcare, hospitality and management consulting. Beyond steering Sunstone as CEO, he is sought after as a strategy consultant by multinational corporations, NGOs and government organizations, focusing on innovation and leadership.

Dr Thong is currently serving as the priest warden at All Saints English Church, and is the incoming chair at TrustBridge Global, a Swiss-based Christian donor-advised fund facilitating international philanthropy. Alongside his wife, Jessie and their two teenage kids, they are passionate about giving back through their family foundation, JCEN Foundation. Dr Thong has a masters in theology and a doctorate in strategic leadership.
